Cabbage Soup Diet !!!

I am Damn sure everybody is aware of Cabbage Soup Diet ..Ya allright

The reason this diet works that you can’t eat enough of the foods to maintain your weight.  The soup doesnt have any calories at all.  And, even if you ate 8 bananas and 8 cups of skim milk in a day, you’re probably still coming in under 1000 calories.














Recipe

(This is the style what I make )

Cabbage -1/2 head
Onion-2 
Green pepper or Capsicum-2
Tomato-2
Celery-1/2 bunch
Mushroom- 1/4 cup 
broccoli- 1/2 head
Carrot-2 
ginger-1 small peice
garlic - 3-4 pods crushed
Green chillies- 2 (optional)
salt- to taste
Vegetable Stock-1 cup( u can use Knorr Vegetable soup mix)



Cut all vegetables in cube size.
Place a pot in Stove,,add little bit oil  add ginger ,garlic and onions ,, saute for awhile.
Add all vegetables along with mushrooms in the pot ,,saute it for few minutes.
Add water along with vegetable stock cover and put heat on low..
Let soup cook for about 30 minutes.

You can follow this Cabbage soup for 1 week along with following Plan


Day 1 - Cabbage soup plus as much fruit as desired, excluding bananas
Day 2 - Cabbage soup with vegetables
Day 3 - Cabbage soup plus fruit and vegetables excluding potatoes and bananas
Day 4 - Cabbage soup plus up to eight bananas and as much skimmed milk as desired
Day 5 - Cabbage soup plus up to 10 ounces (280 g) of beef and up to six tomatoes
Day 6 - Cabbage soup plus as much beef and vegetables (excluding potatoes) as desired
Day 7 - Cabbage soup plus brown rice, vegetables (excluding potatoes) and unsweetened fruit juice
