Healthy Chocolate milk Shake

We could also make a Healthy chocolate Milk Shake

Everybody loves Milk Shakes na?

For this healthy milk shake we need,

Low Fat Milk -1/2 ltr

Banana-1 

Boost /Bornvita - 2 table spoon

sugar -1 tea spoon

almonds,pistachio - 2-3 crushed  for final touch

our ingredients are ready so lets start make it

In a mixer jar  pour chilled milk , banana,boost ,sugar... grind it for a while.. then add some ice cubes again grind it,,make sure ice cubes not fully crushed

pour ths mix into a glass ,garnish with few crushed pistachio and almonds..



ths drink is very healthy while after a heavy jogging or workout ..It gives instant energy and increase our metabolism...
