Poha( Flattened Rice/Beaten Rice)
Poha contains
- Packed with iron
- A good source of carbs
- Very low on gluten
- Good for diabetics
- Low Caloric
For Making Mixed veg Sprouts Poha ,We need
Poha -1 cup ( wash in running water for 2 min n filter)
oil- 2 table spoon
corn - 1/4 cup
mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Rajma boiled- 1/4 cup(kidney beans)
carrot - chopped 1/4 cup
sprouts - 1/4 cup
curry leaves - few
corriander leaves- finely chopped
lemon- 1/2 teaspoon
green chillies- 2 nos chopped
salt -to taste
Heat the pan , add oil.. aftr heat the oil put mustard seeds then put curry leaves ,green chilies saute a while then add carrot,corn,rajma .. after mix all put poha and salt ,,add sprouts ,lemon juice and corriander leaves..
mix it all together ..close it for a while with low flame ..Now ready our Healthy Poha ♥♥
Broken Wheat upma
Broken Wheat contains
- Packed with dietary fibre and energy
- A good source of protiens
Broken Wheat - 1 cup
onion - 1 big
green peace- 1/4 cup
carrot- 1/4 cup chopped
beans- 1/4 cup chopped
ginger - 1 small piece
oil- 2 teaspoon
mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
green chillies- 2 nos chopped
curry leaves- few
1.cook the washed broken wheat for 3 to 4 minutes ,2-3 whistles in a pressure cooker drain and keep aside
2.cook the vegetables ina pressure cooker - i whistle in high flame is enough
3. Heat a pan put oil crack the mustard seeds
4.put green chilly ,ginger along with big Onion chopped
5.Add cooked broken wheat n vegetables mix it well and cook a for a while
